The Innovator's Prescription

I have been applying concepts gleaned from disruptive innovation in healthcare for years. My mantra has been:
"History tells us that major new growth markets coalesce when products, processes, and information technologies let less highly paid groups of people do things in more convenient settings.” By Clayton M. Christensen, Richard Bohmer and John Kenagy, Harvard Business Review, September-October 2000

Our motto is Web tools with a Human Touch, and what we do is link content, process, and a domain expert with a user. The domain expert works from home and guides the user through a process, remotely, that helps them achieve their goal.

It seems that this approach is a natural for healthcare.
